Making Marketing Simple
We make our project process completely transparent and consistent so that you as a busy business owner know exactly where your project is heading!
Pre-Kickoff
Before a project begins, you meet with a Project Manager to understand your goals and give our recommendations. We'll build a Project Bid for your to sign after our discussion!
Kickoff
Meet with your Design Team. Answer and ask questions with us pertaining to the project. This is the only meeting we will need!

Week 1
We will create Brand Boards for review this week. This is to confirm color palette and typography to keep your brand consistent. We will send you a video showcase to present and explain the advantages of choosing either direction.
Revision Round
You will have at maximum 1 week to submit revision requests on the brand boards. If you submit a request by Tuesday end of business, we can move on to the next step!
Week 2
The Brand Board is the launching pad for all your deliverables. This week, your Design Team will create logo drafts and/or your website mockup. We will send links to video showcases so that we can present and explain these drafts.
Revision Round
You will have at maximum 1 week to submit revision requests on the brand boards. If you submit a request by Tuesday end of business, we can move on to the next step!
Week 3
Your logo will be finalized and delivered to you! Your website will need one extra week to go through proper development.
Week 4
Handoff Meeting REquired
Your website is fully developed and ready! Meet with your Team to go over the website, launch it on the web, and maintain it through our Membership Plan.
